If youre in the area STOP HERE!. Great steak and cheese or chicken and cheese sandwiches. Those fries are awesome. Dont let the front of the place fool you. These ladies can flat cook up some great grub!
Wow. What a treat! Reasonably priced carry-out breakfast and lunch kitchen near the Navy Yard. No indoor or outdoor seating. Portions were large. Food was delicious. We tried pancakes, French toast, waffles and bacon breakfast sandwiches over several days and were never disappointed. I heard from other patrons that the fish sub was also great, but didn't get a chance to try it. Closed on Sunday. We tried some other places nearby, and none of them compared. Thanks ladies!!
I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a half smoke with cheese. The half smoke was ok but far from the best. I probably wouldn’t buy it again. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was good. Plenty of bacon. Parking isn’t the best but it’s manageable. You’ll find a spot in the street somewhere. They’re not wheelchair accessible.
The scrapple was overcooked but the potatoes were fantastic!! My breakfast scrapple platter cost $13. That was a lot for a breakfast at a carry out. But the quality was good.
The lady that took my order was very nice. Great service. I ordered a steak & cheese w/fries. The sandwich was cool, but my fries were mad greasy. I'd come again if I just need a quick breakfast or lunch sandwich. I gave it 4stars because of the fries and they forgot to put my drink in the bag.
Great shop, delicious food. This deli has been here for years......stop in!!
It was worth the trip from Woodbridge to try this Cheesesteak The flavor of the "Bulgogi" delicious! I recommend this to anyone to try it and find a nice place to enjoy it. There is no sitting area inside the restaurant. Will go back for an other whenever I'm around the area. Be patient Parking is hard to find around there.
Decent for a carry out. Was craving a good Reuben and wanted to find the perfect sandwich. This place showed up in my search and figured I would give them a try. Fries were definitely previously frozen and nothing special at all. Now the main reason, the Reuben! Sadly my search for a Reuben that hits the spot continues. The sandwich was ok. Not all of the bread was toasted, and the corned beef was subpar with minimal amount of sauerkraut on it. Price was it bad but left me wanting more.
